The easiest way is to send us a few photos of the issue if possible via WhatsApp or our contact form. Once we've seen the issue, we can usually give you an estimate. Please include your postcode so we can confirm we cover your area. If you can't send photos, please explain the issue via WhatsApp, text or email, or give us a call and we will ask some questions to see how we can help.
We aim to get out to you as quickly as possible — usually within a few days. We'll agree a time and date that suits you.

The Repair Process
No — all repairs are carried out at your home. You don't need to arrange any collection or delivery. Our technician comes to you, carries out the work on-site, and leaves everything tidy.
Most repairs can be completed in one to three hours depending on the type of work and the size of the item. We'll always give you a realistic time estimate before we start.
Yes, absolutely. We put work blankets down first and we always tidy up after ourselves and leave your home in the same condition we found it.

Cushions & Foam
Yes. We can re-stuff flat cushions and also supply and fit replacement foam or fibre interiors if the original filling is beyond rescue. We can make any size, any shape and any firmness of interior, using only the highest quality materials.
Flat seat cushions are usually caused by worn-out foam, fibre or feather, sagging webbing, or broken springs. Our technician will diagnose the problem on the day and carry out the right fix — whether that's replacing the foam, repairing the webbing, or replacing the springs.

Costs vary depending on the type of repair and the size of the job. We offer free, no-obligation quotes, so you know exactly what you're paying before any work begins.
In most cases, yes. A quality repair typically costs a fraction of a replacement sofa, and you get to keep a piece of furniture you already love — without the hassle of shopping for something new, not to mention the economical benefits to your wallet and the environment.
We accept cash or card. You can split the payment if the job requires two visits, as a deposit and final payment on completion. Our technician will confirm the final amount before the work starts and take payment on completion once you're happy with the work.
