Frame Repair
This customer contacted us regarding her chair which had collapsed in the seating area. We arranged a date convenient with the customer and attended within days. Upon arrival we removed the base lining to see that the rear spring rail had snapped in half and was the cause of the issue.
We removed all broken and damaged parts of the frame and replaced for new frame rails, these were upgraded to strengthen the frame and prevent the issue from occurring again. All rails fitted were glued and screwed into place with the addition of some metal brackets and a new base lining was fitted. The repair took approximately 1 hour to complete.
